Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data we collect through this website, why, how long we keep it, and your rights under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act. The Bulgarian version prevails.

2. What we collect and why

We collect only what these purposes need. We do not use your data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not profile you or take automated decisions.

  • Consultation booking: name, phone, e-mail and — if you choose — a note and an attached file (floor plan or photos). We use them to book the slot, contact you and hold the consultation. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps at your request prior to and for performing a contract).
  • Contact form: name, e-mail, optionally phone, your message and a file. We use them only to answer your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
  • Accounting records (invoice), if you become a client: the data required by law. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR (legal obligation).

3. What we do NOT collect

The website uses no cookies, no visitor analytics (e.g. Google Analytics), no advertising pixels and no embedded third-party content. Fonts and images are served from our own server. See also the Cookie Policy.

4. Who receives the data (processors)

These providers process data only on our instructions. Some are in the USA; transfers rely on the EU adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses (Art. 44–49 GDPR). Attached files are not stored on the server — they are sent straight to the studio by e-mail.

  • Railway Corporation — hosting of the website and the booking database.
  • Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) — delivery of booking and inquiry e-mails to the studio inbox.
  • Google (Gmail) — the inbox where the studio receives bookings and inquiries.

5. How long we keep data

  • Bookings in the database — deleted automatically 12 months after the consultation date.
  • E-mails with bookings and inquiries — up to 2 years after our last correspondence, unless you become a client.
  • Accounting records — 10 years, as required by the Bulgarian Accountancy Act.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing.

7. Security

The site is served only over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only studio staff who need bookings and e-mails for their work can access them.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with a new date.
