Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the use of this website and booking consultations through it. By confirming a booking you accept them. The Bulgarian version prevails.

1. Trader information

Under Art. 4 of the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act:

2. Consultation

  • A consultation is a meeting with a studio designer to discuss your needs, the potential of the space and next steps. Duration: 60–90 minutes depending on the slot.
  • Price: €50 for slots from 10:00 to 18:00 and €100 for slots from 19:00 onwards. Prices are in euro.
  • The meeting place (Sofia studio, Veliko Tarnovo studio or another agreed place) is agreed with you before the consultation.

3. Booking

  • You book through the website form: choose a free day and time, enter your details and confirm. The contract is concluded when the “Your slot is booked” confirmation is shown.
  • If we exceptionally need to move the meeting, we will call you.

4. Payment

The consultation is paid on site, at the meeting. Online card payment will be added later, and these terms will be updated then.

5. Cancellation and rescheduling

You can cancel or move your consultation free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. As payment is made on site, a cancellation costs you nothing. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The statutory right of withdrawal (Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act) does not apply to a service fully performed with your express consent (Art. 57(1)); until the consultation takes place, however, you may cancel at any time at no cost.

6. Photos and renders on the site

Photos and 3D renders show real projects of ours and are for illustration. Renders are computer images; the finished interior may differ in materials, lighting and details.

Texts, photos and renders belong to the studio or the respective clients and may not be copied without written permission.

7. Personal data

We process your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disputes

Bulgarian law applies. If a dispute arises we will try to resolve it with you directly. As a consumer you may also contact the Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) and its sectoral conciliation committees.

9. Changes

We may change these terms; bookings already made are governed by the terms in force when they were made.
